Incarnation Lutheran Church youth room. Mr. Karl Diebolt will give a brief introduction to the Stamp Collecting Merit Badge. Scouts interested in working on the Merit Badge will then be asked to decide on a couple of alternate dates and times to meet to work on the Merit Badge as a group with Mr. Diebolt.
