Troop LinksMEET TROOP 688
Troop 688 was first chartered in March 1985. In the twenty
five years since the troop was organized, the troop has been very active. We are proud to note that 35 scouts have earned the rank of Eagle! Over the last four years, the troop has maintained a membership level of approximately 35 scouts and over 25 registered adult leaders.
OUR MISSION
Is to provide an opportunity for young men from the local area, together with their families, to learn responsibility, teamwork, integrity, and leadership through the principles and programs of the Boy Scouts of America.
OUR SPONSOR
The Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary is the chartering organization for Troop 688. The Rotary is an active supporter of the troop and contributes financially to Eagle projects and other special needs, and is present at many troop functions. Our troop supports the Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary by participating in some of their community service projects.
